Before joining Planning Alternatives, I worked as a K-12 educator, mental health professional, trauma informed yoga and mindfulness teacher, and health and wellness coach. In my role as a Mental Wealth Coach, I help clients to understand their money stories and to transform their relationship with money so they understand what true wealth means to them so they can create a life plan that works with their financial plan. I take great joy in growing my own mental fitness and feel privileged to facilitate this process for others.
