Prior to joining Planning Alternatives, I was with an investment firm for 25 years helping our clients live their best lives. I find that problem solving is the most rewarding part of my role, and I always work to find a way to get to yes! I love helping people, getting to know them, anticipating their needs, and offering the absolute best client experience.

Memorable client moment

Recently a had a client that left our firm, I called them to thank them for their long-time business, get some feedback, and let them know our door is always open if they want to work with us in the future. They felt there had been too many changes in a short period of time and wanted to try something different. I apologized and explained how we strive to make these changes seamless to our clients and would take this feedback to do better. I received a call from them the very next day asking if they could link their accounts back to Planning Alternatives and work with us again. That was a big yes!
