Prior to joining Planning Alternatives, Tracey worked for Fidelity Investments for 25 years. In that time, she was honored with several distinctions: Process Improvement Champion, Voice of the Customer Ambassador, and Representative of the Quarter (several times).

Memorable client moment

Recently we had a client that left our firm, I called them to thank them for their long-time business, get some feedback, and let them know our door is always open if they want to work with us in the future. They felt there had been too many changes in a short period of time and wanted to try something different. I apologized and explained how we strive to make these changes seamless to our clients and would take this feedback to do better. I received a call from them the very next day asking if they could link their accounts back to Planning Alternatives and work with us again. That was a big yes!
