The financial services industry is built on solving complex problems. But most days, the biggest challenge isn't the actual work—it's dealing with the endless juggling act of competing priorities, sudden shifts, tough conversations, and curveballs.
We’ve become experts at upgrading our systems, processes, and tech. But very few of us have learned how to upgrade the way we handle the pressure.
In this interactive workshop, Amanda Casgar—leadership coach, community builder, and co-founder of Hysterical—will share a practical guide to reclaiming your time, focus, and energy when everything feels chaotic. Through self-reflection, open conversation, and simple tools you can use right away, you’ll learn how to make better decisions under pressure, navigate uncertainty with less stress, and show up at your best for your team, your clients, and yourself.
You’ll walk away with:
-
Self-awareness: A clearer understanding of how you naturally react when stress hits.
-
Breathing room: Simple habits to help you pause and think clearly before responding to a crisis.
-
A game plan: Practical ways to manage uncertainty and heavy workloads without burning out.
-
More capacity: Tools to handle your day efficiently without simply adding more hours to your calendar.
-
A fresh perspective: A healthier, more sustainable approach to succeeding at a high level.

About Amanda Casgar
Amanda runs the free-range consulting studio Yolk. She is a marketing and brand
pioneer with a passion for launching and scaling businesses. Her early career built new
ventures for iconic media brands, including Oprah Winfrey, The Food Network, Rachael
Ray, and Lifetime.
Amanda spent 12 years at lululemon, leading their community team where, from 2009
to 2021, she helped the brand expand across the U.S. and open their first European
store. She then went on to work for them in Hong Kong, where she helped scale the
company into a $1.5B business spanning eight new countries.
These days, Amanda coaches executives and consults with brands looking to power up
their growth through strong cultures that translate to deeply engaged communities.
Amanda digs deep with founders to uncover not only their purpose, but the belief
system that informs it. She translates those insights into principles that build cultures
that fuel high-performance and growth. One recent community Amanda co-founded is
called Hysterical, built with the purpose to create whisper culture around the
complexities of mid-life including menopause.
You can find Amanda and her family (partner Erich, kids Claudia and Edie and dog
Greg) in Seattle building community over strong coffee, sweaty workouts, and wild
ideas.
Let’s connect.
We’d love to talk about what you and your family need and how we can help.
