Disclosure of information about former customers

We will continue to adhere to the privacy practices described in this notice when you become a former customer. You become a former customer when you close your accounts with us or your investment advisory contract is terminated.

We will maintain personally identifiable information about you during the time you are a customer, and for any time thereafter that we are required to maintain such records by federal and state securities laws, and the CFP Board Code of Ethics and Professional Responsibility. After this required period of record retention, we will destroy that information.

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need the information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards and the standards of our profession to guard your nonpublic personal information.
