I have more than 21 years of experience in the banking and financial industry and worked for several large companies in the financial services industry in both client facing and operations roles before joining Planning Alternatives. My role here is to speak with clients daily and assist them with whatever is on their mind. That’s because at our firm, it’s all about the clients. We form relationships with our clients and earn their trust, while helping them with whatever they may need on a particular day. I love getting to know my clients on a personal level.

Memorable client moment

I recently spoke with a client who has Stage 4 cancer.  He called me to ask about the state of his accounts, but more specifically to confirm his wife and daughter would be okay. We spoke about how the accounts were in good order, but more importantly, I listened to his overall concerns. I assured him we would continue to take care of them, and he told me how appreciative and relieved he was.

To me, true wealth means

Being able to live your life, fulfill your dreams, and do things that bring you joy.
