Before joining Planning Alternatives, I worked in customer service at the Henry Ford Hospital. My job here is to greet clients visiting our office and make sure they’re well taken care of. I also answer client calls and get them to the place they need to be. I love interacting with our clients, and I love to make people smile and feel comfortable in my presence.
